Do I need an appointment?
Yes, Appointments are recommended so that Patsy’s can ensure you receive the attention and care you deserve during your visit and to guarantee you a consultant and the ability to try on dresses. You are always welcome to stop by and look.

How long will my appointment last?
Appointments last approximately one hour.

What are Patsy’s store hours?
Monday-Wednesday, 10am – 5pm
Thursday, 12pm – 7pm
Friday & Saturday, 10am – 5pm
Sunday, CLOSED

What is the price range of gowns carried at Patsy’s?
Our special order bridal gowns start at $1,300-$6,500

Does Patsy’s only carry special order gowns?
Most of our gowns, bridal and bridesmaid, are available by special order. However, Patsy’s does sell sample gowns at a discount.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order time depends solely on your designer. Most designers take approximately four months. Rush orders are often available for an additional fee.

Yikes! Why am I ordering a different size than I normally wear?
Don’t be afraid! It is not unusual to order a size or two larger in your bridal or bridesmaid gown than you would typically choose in ready to wear garments. Sizing depends upon each designer’s individual size chart.

Can Patsy’s ship my wedding gown?
You bet! We can ship your wedding gown or bridesmaid gowns anywhere in the U.S. for an additional fee and if you are out of state you will incur NO SALES TAX!

Does Patsy’s do alterations?
Absolutely! Patsy’s is proud to boast one of the most experienced bridal seamstress teams in North Texas. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown and are not done in store. Please discuss charges and estimates with your consultant.

What forms of payment does Patsy’s accept?
Cash, personal check, and all major credit cards.
